The Greeter, as a part of the Sales & Services department, is responsible for (including but not limited to) creating a warm and welcoming first impression to our guests by greeting them in our various ticket, lesson, pass sales, and scanning¬ locations. The position requires providing information, directions, and product knowledge while offering expert advice regarding town and resort services and sharing¬ regional highlights. Follow company/department policies & procedures while interacting with a high volume of guests and effectively managing the queue (line). The Greeter must¬ pay attention to¬ detail¬ of the operation while being an independent problem solver, ensuring each guest's needs are met appropriately.


Part time positions available.


This position can be located at any of our Ticket, Season Pass, Scanning¬ or Ski & Snowboard Sales locations, including the potential to be assigned to an offsite location to promote mobile ticket purchase or to be assigned to a children's ski school facility. Locations primarily sell tickets,¬ season passes, and lessons. The greeter will also assist with guest service and general information about Crested Butte. Candidates should have the ability to retain a significant amount of information.

Requirements:



  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in English language

  • Previous work experience in Guest Services

  • Comfortable working in fast paced¬ work environment.

  • Comfortable performing all guest service duties in inside and outside environments.

  • Willing to commit to a work schedule which includes working weekends and holidays.

  • Willing to make seasonal commitment through the end of the season

  • In person¬ interview preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
